Refund and Return Policy

At The Haircessorize, we prioritize your satisfaction. However, we maintain a strict No Return, No Refund Policy unless the issue is due to our error. Our refund and return policy is valid for 24 hours from the date of delivery. If 24 hours have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for any consideration, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Exchange Policy

Orders placed on our website cannot be exchanged unless the fault is on our part. In the event of damages, order errors, or shipping mistakes caused by The Haircessorize, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@thehaircessorize.com. We will arrange to rectify the issue as follows:

  • Damaged Items: The same item(s) ordered will be replaced, and the damaged item(s) will be picked up.
  • Wrong Item(s) Delivered: The incorrect item(s) will be picked up, and the correct item(s) will be delivered.

Any additional delivery costs incurred during this process will be covered by The Haircessorize.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for opened or used packages. All sales are final unless the issue is due to an error on our part, as outlined in the Exchange Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following specific instances:

  • An item to be exchanged or replaced due to our error is no longer available.
  • Delivery is not made within the stipulated time communicated to the customer: 48 hours within Accra or 72 hours outside Accra.

Any other requests for a refund (i.e., not due to our fault) will be declined. In such cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Store credit can be used for future purchases on www.thehaircessorize.com and is non-transferable.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined above. Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, even in cases of store error, unless explicitly approved by The Haircessorize.

Store Policy

We kindly implore our cherished customers to read product captions, descriptions, and our store policies carefully before making a purchase. All information is deemed to have been read by the customer prior to payment. Failure to read captions or policies does not exempt customers from these terms.
